It would be good to be able to use control groups when doing personalization
requests, since it is a useful tool in digital marketing.
Basically we could pass strategyOptions that would pass a percentage (between 0
and 1) for a random assignment in a control group, and if the profile is
assigned to the control group, the information is stored in the session (and or
the profile), so that he "stays" in the group in subsequent requests).
