Like the improvement made for the "conditions" object to optimized the
indexation into ElasticSearch
the actions also used in rules should not index there open map: parameterValues.
As it could contains a lot of different possible values, and will grow with the
number of possibilities.
We should ignore the indexation also for those and add a test in the
migrationIT from 1.6.x to 2.0.0
