Summary: Session/Event index rollover: handle migration

Now that sessions and events indices are rotating based on rollover API.
we need to provide migration scripts to migrate old indices to the new indices.
migration should also create:
* missing lifecycle policy
* update the index templates for *context-event-** and context-session-*
Don't forget that migration is testable using itest since unomi 2.0.0 so it's
possible to implement a basic itest in that version that would use an ES dump
from unomi 2.1.0 to test the migration is working as expected.
