Hello everyone; To facilitate communication on topics related to the management of the Apache Unomi project we would like to introduce a monthly meeting on the second Thursday of each month.
*Meeting Schedule:* - *Frequency*: Second Thursday of each month - *Time*: Alternating between 9:00 AM CET and 5:00 PM CET to accommodate different time zones. To help you easily identify the time for each month's meeting, we have created the following schedule: - *Even-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.)*: 9:00 AM CET - *Odd-numbered months (February, April, June, etc.)*: 5:00 PM CET We will be sending regular reminders on the Apache Unomi Slack channel. *Meeting link*: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85252119410 Our first meeting will take place on June 13th at 9:00 AM CET. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to be added to the recurring calendar invite. *Agenda:* - Round table and introduction - Next release - Project roadmap and backlog - Q&A These meetings should provide a valuable opportunity for everyone to stay informed and engaged with the project's progress and plans. We will adjust these meetings (and potentially their time/dates) and their content based on your feedback. For those who cannot attend, we plan to send out meeting minutes.
