Description:
com.github.fge.json-patch has been moved to
com.github.java-json-tools.json-patch
The last release of com.github.java-json-tools/json-patch was in 2020 but the
release is not compatible with OSGI due to private packages in the MANIFEST.
We should find another solution than using the json-patch library
