Description:
Update maven-release-plugin, build-helper-maven-plugin, maven-bundle-plugin,
etc which are used to build the project.
It might not be complex, but would required some changes for
maven-bundle-plugin for example as the way to write configuration changed a bit
between the versions 4 and 5
