In integration tests, Pax Exam is using unomi package (tar.gz) as karaf
distribution.
That package already contains unomi features.
During tests, unomi start is called but UnomiManagementService does not check
if a feature is already installed or not causing it to be resintalled and
dependant bundle also (jetty-http)
Also, bundle tracking detect bundle resintallation and so a bundle uninstall
which cause the log to contains a notice "Apache Unomi shutting down..."
whereas we are in the startup.
Maybe strategy for displaying shutdown should be improved also.
