Description:
_PM:_ Write clear contribution and testing expectations for the project so new
Unomi 3 changes follow the same quality bar—reduces review back-and-forth and
inconsistent submissions.
Port repository meta-documentation from {{unomi-3-dev}} to help contributors
and align with the UNOMI-881 test harness on {{{}master{}}}.
Scope
* Add {{CODING_GUIDELINES.md}}
* Add {{INMEMORY_PERSISTENCE_REQUIREMENTS.md}}
* Evaluate {{UNOMI_MAPPING_VALIDATION_REPORT.md}} for accuracy before adding
* Out of scope: {{.cursor/rules/*}} (unless PMC wants IDE rules in repo)

* Docs reflect current {{master}} harness (#772, #776), not obsolete 3-dev

* No secrets or environment-specific paths
