h3. Summary
Unomi has several open Dependabot updates that are safe to take without large
platform changes. The goal of this ticket is to apply those updates in one
change, so we only wait for one long CI run.
This covers small library and frontend package bumps, a CXF update that stays
on the 3.6 line, an update of the IP address library, and a CometD client
update that stays on the 5.x line used by the Salesforce connector. It does not
include a CXF 4 major upgrade, a CometD 8 major upgrade, or a full GraphQL Java
stack upgrade.
h3. How to test
Run the unit tests for the IP validation utility. Build the affected modules.
Rely on the full GitHub CI run for the rest.
