sergehuber opened a new pull request, #31:
URL: https://github.com/apache/unomi-tracker/pull/31

   ## Summary
   - `"prepare": "yarn build"`, so a project can depend on a commit of this
repository during development: yarn builds the tracker from source on install.
Unomi's bundled tracker will use this until 2.0.0 is released (ASF policy does
not allow publishing unreleased builds to npm).
   - `RELEASE.md`: `npm publish` also runs `prepare`, so install the
dependencies first. The published files are then built from the released
sources.
   - README: how to depend on a commit, for development only.

   ## Test plan
   - [x] Empty project with yarn 1.22.22 (Unomi's version) installing the
tracker from git: the installed build contains the current code.
   - [x] Release steps from a clean source tree: `yarn install
--frozen-lockfile`, then `npm pack --dry-run` rebuilds `dist` (2.0.0) and
includes `NOTICE` and `KEYS`.
   - [x] `yarn lint`, `yarn test`
   - [ ] CI
