Some comments that would be address before forwarding the release on
incubator general mailing list:
- KEYS file should not be in the src distribution, it should be only on
dist.apache.org
- It would be great to upload binary dist on dist.apache.org (as it's
not on Maven staging repo). We can create md5/sha1 checksums there. Same
for source distributions.
- binary distribution NOTICE looks good even if it's not require to
mention all Apache projects included (just say we include Apache
projects). The binary distribution NOTICE is a bit verbose.
- LICENSE is OK (including in binary distribution)
- ASF headers OK
- Signatures OK
Once this PPMC vote passed, you can forward the vote to
gene...@incubator.apache.org including this vote thread, the source
distributions, the git tag URL (based on git-wip-us.apache.org), the
location of the KEYS (on dist.apache.org).
