Created Unomi shell commands to apply a migration, print the current version,
start or stop Unomi.
Also changed the default behavior, on a fresh install the first time you start
Karaf Unomi will not be started this can be overridden by adding this line in
your setenv.sh:
export KARAF_OPTS="-Dunomi.autoStart=true"
In propertyType definitions move tags to metadata to align with the other
object.
Add ES version property to Item.java so we can know the current version of a
document.
