Could you please not use the issue system for questions that are usage 
questions ? This is not a bug and it seems that your rules are either 
incomplete or garbled by JIRA's editor.

Please use the mailing list instead, you can find it here:

Feel free to use the dev mailing list, even if it's just for usage questions.
