Hi guys,

After discussing with Serge today, we added some resources for the project:

- a new users mailing list has been created. The purpose of this mailing
list is to host pure end-users questions and details. It's a good way to
identify and help our users, and so build a bigger community.
- #unomi room has been created on the-asf.slack.com. This is the
official slack channel for the ASF. The #unomi room allows us to discuss
directly together and with our users. Again, it's a good way to extend
our communities.
- We also plan to add a section about "Unomi Users" on the website (and
the same on the Karaf side ;)). The purpose is to mention companies,
products and 3rd party projects which use Unomi. Eventually, it would be
possible to have some testimonials on this section as well.

Related to those point, I'm preparing PRs for website updating this.

I think it's also fair to think about graduation for Unomi.

Related to that, Serge already prepared the Maturity Assessment model. I
will do a PR to update it.

I checked the PPMC set and we have a gap between the team list on Unomi
website and the rooster in whimsy.

Can you please take a look on the team list
(http://unomi.incubator.apache.org/team-list.html) and checked that it's
correct for you ?

Once done, I will send a new e-mail with the next steps towards graduation.

Thanks !
Regards
JB
