There are some backgrounds jobs in Unomi. To my knowledge:
* Inactivate profile purges
* Update profiles for past event counting
* Refresh segment and scoring definitions
* Refresh index names
It would be great to have a GraphQL API with subscription to get the status of
any instance of these jobs. It would avoid polling.
