It sounds good to me.

Anyway, we are talking about graduation since 2 months, all is OK, and
we are clean from a codebase perspective.

Only for minor NOTICE issue (Unomi is in incubation for a couple of
years now), we are wasting lot of time.

So, I will propose to be straight forward: let's go for PPMC vote now, I
update whimsy and DOAP just after and we go directly to IPMC vote.

Let's stop wasting time for nothing.
