Summary: Consider the ability to lock and unlock an entity for

This would basically mean that someone could 'lock' an entity and prevent it
from being written to or updated. We could perhaps do this with POST
{o}/{a}/{e}/_lock and POST {o}/{a}/{e}/_unlock.
