Once org properties exist, will add one that sets default functionality for an
org (include or exclude evaluation of connections). Ultimate goal is to get all
orgs to not include connection information by default (unless we make changes
to have this information stored with the entity -- currently requires 2 extra
reads for inbound and outbound connections).
