Description:
In EntityLoadVerifyFilter.EntityVerifier.validate, a missing entity is
detected. When this occurs, an async event should be fired to perform a
repair. On the receive of this event, the entity should attempted to be loaded
at high consistency read. If the entity is not found, an edgeDelete should be
fired to delete the edge that points to the missing entity.
