org.apache.usergrid.corepersistence.asyncevents.EventBuilderImpl#buildEntityDelete
This gets the latest log entry that is marked deleted as it's needed when
de-indexing. But, also, the entity collection manager needs to delete all logs
marked deleted.
Need to find a way that we can easily iterate the logs, with still taking only
the first off of the emissions from the observable.
