I guess if is not clear if 1) the entities have not been indexed yet or 2)
ElasticSearch is under high load or experiencing some problem and rejecting
search requests. Either way it would be good to have some docs that explain
how to check for entities not yet indexed and, at a high level, how to diagnose
ES problems (e.g. unallocated shards, etc.).
