Usergrid-Vagrant updated for Usergrid 2

I did some work on my Usergrid-Vagrant setup over the break. I switched it
over to use a 2.1.0-SNAPSHOT build of Usergrid 2, switched from Groovy to
plain old Bash and added ElasticSearch.
