Introducing Datastax driver.
The following serialization classes/strategies already converted in this PR:
`MapSerializationImpl`
`ScopedCacheSerializationImpl`
`UniqueValueSerializationStrategyImpl`
For `UniqueValueSerializationStrategyImpl`, it is an example of how to work
with existing DynamicComposite types from Astyanax using CQL. Not easy, but
possible. This is temporary until we re-write the Usergrid schema into
something more CQL-friendly.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
