Acceptance Criteria :
* User is able to download a raw docker-compose to bring up complete stack on
any docker host which supports linux kernel.
* Additionally the docker containers can be deployed independently for stack,
portal that reference existing Cassandra / ElasticSearch clusters.
Already have some dockerized containers working, but need to make sure they can
work independently and in composition without bash build/run/clean scripts.
