[~lewismc] You should be able to go to usergrid/usergrid on GitHub, use the
little green "Compare & Review" button in the top left of the page. Next you'll
see a page that says "Nothing to compare" and you can use the Edit button at
the top-left to pick your branch and compare it to usergrid/usergrid master. At
that point you should see a "Create Pull Request" button.
