"From the ML:
A user noticed that they get back a value of 604800 in the TTL when requesting
a token. Docs say this is supposed to be in milliseconds, but the user is
saying it expires after 24 hours (I see the same thing with my token requests).
Obviously, there are 86400000 milliseconds in 24 hours, so something is hinky
somewhere.
