Hi Dave,

One thing I'm unclear about is if USERGRID is multiplatform. Can it run on
windows as well as it can run on osx? Are there different things to take
into consideration? That might be nice to talk about during "The Basics"
section. I'm not sure how relevant that would be for Apache Con thought.
