Toc will probably mostly mirror the left-hand nav under 'Apps: Build & Monitor'
here: http://apigee.com/docs/content/build-apps-home minus the App Monitoring
and Push Notifications topics.
Also wouldn't hurt to update the landing page for docs on the UG site to
something similar to the main content frame at the above link.
