usergrid.sysadmin.approve.users=true
usergrid.sysadmin.approve.organizations=true
usergrid.management.admin_users_require_activation=false
usergrid.management.organizations_require_activation=false
The above properties seem to be switched. Bug will be fixed by making sure the
property settings are correctly set.
