I forgot to add the incubation word. We've got "rc1" in the file names,
where is the requirement for "-rc1" documented?

Yes, this is a problem. There are some jars in the release. I believe this
is only in the SDK directories. Where is the policy that specifies what we
can and cannot ship in our release. Some binary files are OK, e.g. images
-- is there a list that specifies what is acceptable?

You're right, these are pretty easy fixes, except (possibly) for those jars
in the release. I hope to roll a build build file tomorrow.
