Hmmm.  I could swear we just had a discussion on general@ basically saying
the NOTICE/LICENSE need to match between source and binary.  I'll see if I
can dig that up.

(btw: I'm not here on incubator business).  You do have a few PR's coming
in for some doc fixes around your site though.
