updated to work with Laravel 5 and added the package to packagist.org
This is a update so it will work with laravel 5 and I've also added the
package to packagist.org so there is no need to add the repo url to your
composer.json file any more its a full php composer package.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/apps4u/incubator-usergrid master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

updated the package to work with Laravel 5 as they changed the config and
asset publish system. I have also added this to package packagist.org so now
its a full composer package no need to add the repository url to your
composer.json file.
