Description:
There are a lot of remnant column families from 1.0 that are causing bloat in
our system. We need to audit each 1.0 column family. If it is no longer used,
it should be removed. If it is more complicated to remove these column
families (such as queues) we'll need to open tickets for them and address them
later.
