Description:
We want to add a way for UG to get metrics about calls being made to Cassandra
and ES so we can measure where we have performance bottlenecks.
In order to accomplish this we need to wrap our Cassandra execution calls with
graphite timers.
We could also set timers to check when Cassandra calls are being started or
loaded up.
For ES we already have timers around index updates and index deletes. We just
want to check the other ES calls ( index creations, delete by queries and the
rest )
