Summary: Modify re-index to retain the existing version of an

Currently a re-index also re-writes a new version of an entity. This is
incorrect. Instead it should use the latest version of the entity present in
Cassandra when it reads it for a re-index. This will avoid removing documents
from other indexes when the system is under heavy load.
