Sysprep is not working for 32-bit Windows 7 images. The mini-setup phase hangs
because input is required on the console after the computer boots. The
Unattend.xml file is not being configured correctly. The code is currently
only configuring the amd64 settings in the xml file, not the x86 settings.
There is also a missing setting in the Unattend.xml file required to fully
automate the setup under Windows 7. The missing setting is the one which
configures the user account. This isn't required to automate Windows Server
2008.
