I am keeping my vote at +0, but there are a good number of non-code issues
related to the release (mostly files that haven't been updated from the 2.3
release):

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-658
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-659
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-660
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-661
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-662
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-663

Any thoughts?
