Andy Kurth commented on VCL-708:
--------------------------------
The Linux code currently always enables SSH as a connect method. This will
eventually change and SSH will be treated like other connect methods. Once
this is done, the connectmethodmap table can be configured to disable SSH for a
particular image revision, OS, or OStype. An explicit entry in this table with
disabled=1 will override other entries that map the SSH connect method.

> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: web gui (frontend)
> Affects Versions: 2.3
> Reporter: Nathaniel Sherry
> Priority: Minor
>
> We have 3 or 4 connect methods on some images, and the IP, username, and
> password are always the same for all of them. It would be nice if we could
> list the IP, username, and password once, and then detail each connect method.
> As it stands, we're listing them for SSH, and referring the user back to it
> for the others, but this means that we can't ever have an image without SSH
> as a connect method.
