Hi

I'm looking for some help on how to commit to VCL.
This is what I'm doing:

$ svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/vcl/trunk vcl-trunk

(make changes to code, add new file, etc. Check status)

$ svn status
M       OS/Windows.pm
M       OS/Linux.pm
A       Provisioning/one.pm

(trying to commit changes)

$ svn ci --username <apache.org_username, no @apache.org suffix> --password
<apache.org_password> Provisioning/one.pm -m "VCL-722. Add one.pm module"
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: access to '/repos/asf/!svn/act/108c4781-0ba6-477b-baf3-67ddd1ba890f'
forbidden

Am I doing something wrong?
Should I be able to commit to trunk?
