This SQL is working for me, though I am setting SET foreign_key_checks = 0; in
it, which probably isn't the best. There were a couple other small changes too.
Note that I am using an existing glance image, this one Ubuntu 12.04, not that
it matters, it's just that you'll have to set it to the right image to make it
available.
