Note: the project uses svnpubsub, so it is just a question of removing the old
releases from:
[0] https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/vcl/
According to the download page [1], version 2.3.1 and 2.3 are no longer
current, so please remove them.
Going forward, please ensure that old releases are removed once the new release
has been announced.
[This should be a few days after it has been published to [0] to allow time for
3rd party mirrors to catch up]
