Commit 1595888 from [~arkurth] in branch 'vcl/trunk'
VCL-761
Updated Provisioning.pm::retrieve_image to add a directory named after the
image name to the destination repository path. This causes images to be named
consistently.
> Incorrect repository path used for images retrieved from another management
> node for a KVM hypervisor

> When a management node attempts to retrieve an image from another MN for a
> KVM-based hypervisor, the image files get saved at the root of the image
> repository instead of a dedicated directory. This causes problems when both
> VMware and KVM hypervisors share the same repository location. VMware
> expects there to be an intermediate directory named after the image.
