VCL-392 - Add option to rename computer separate from Sysprep
(missed this file in previous commit to translation files) added 'Set
Hostname', 'Set computer hostname', 'Set Computer hostname must be Yes or No',
and "Invalid value specified for 'Set computer hostname'" to translation files
