A bunch of warnings are generated in {{vcld.log}} if _managementnode.keys_ is
not populated:
{noformat}
corresponding data is undefined for get_management_node_keys
{noformat}
This column can be null. The {{vcl-install.sh}} script does not populate this
column. The warnings are benign and should not be generated.
