The Windows code has the ability to execute _vcl\_post\_reserve.cmd_ and
_vcl\_post\_reservation.cmd_ but is missing the ability to execute a
_vcl\_post\_load.cmd_ script. This should be added.
There is a call in _tools/Windows/Scripts/post\_load.cmd_ to execute
_C:\Windows\post\_load\_custom.cmd_ if it exists. This was never documented
and should be removed. The code added to execute _vcl\_post\_load.cmd_ could
check for the existence of _post\_load\_custom.cmd_.
