We intended 2.4.3 to be a minor bugfix-only release, but with the recent release of Windows 10 I think it would be worthwhile to add support for it in this release. The subsequent 2.4.4/2.5 VCL release may not happen for a while and people are going to want to start using it within VCL.
I have taken a quick look at Windows 10 and created a base image. The current Windows 8.x code should work well enough but I did notice some minor problems.
