Josh Thompson resolved VCL-927.

Resolution: Fixed
The old versions have been removed from the dist repo. With the 2.4.2 release,
we had planned on moving to having each release in its own subdirectory.
Unfortunately, there was a bug in the bundled install script that didn't look
for all of the files under the subdirectory. So, after the release, we had to
also copy the files to the top level. This should be fixed in the next release.
