There are times things in a VCL system get out of sync with things in the
database. Having a daemon of some sort to periodically ensure things are in
sync would help keep systems running more smoothly. It would need to check
things like computer state, image loaded, firewall rules on NAT servers, and
mounts managed by vcld.
