When making imaging reservations for the parent image of a cluster, the
reservation is only for the parent image itself, not for the whole cluster.
When attempting to make one of these reservations when no computers are
available, information is displayed saying suggested times cannot be displayed
for clusters. However, since it is not actually a cluster reservation, it
should not be treated as a cluster and a time should be suggested.
