I just uploaded a new dojo tarball.  I'll try to maintain an archive of what 
I've uploaded as well as a 2nd copy of the most recent one always being named

dojo-vcl-2.5-test-latest.tar.gz

(I'd use a symlink, but following them is apparently not allowed by httpd on 
that system.)
